When will I be paid for an order?
On ClassBento, the payment timing changes depending on the type of order. You can see the timings for each type of order below:
- In-person or Live Streaming classes - 1 business day after the session
- Multi-session courses - 1 business day after the first session
- Craft Kit with or without a prerecorded class - 14 days after booking is made
- Pre-recorded class only - 7 days after the order is made
- Widget gift cards - when the gift card is redeemed; or 1 business day after the gift card order (you can choose this in the 'Your website' tab of your dashboard, in its 'Gift cards' section
The above assumes that you have chosen the 'daily' payout option. If you chose the 'weekly' payout frequency, we'll aggregate the funds and pay you on the first business day of the week; and similarly for the 'monthly' payout frequency we'll pay you on the first business day of the month.
When you receive an order, we'll send you an email that includes the order details, the amount and the date you'll be paid.
How can I view my past and upcoming payments? / How can I reconcile bank payments received to orders placed?
You can go to the Reports tab, and use the Accounting Report - it has two tabs; the first shows the amounts we've transferred to you, and the second shows the breakdowns of each amount.
You can also get remittance reports sent to you whenever we make payments to you - to enable these, just enable the 'Remittance advice' option, in your 'Account' tab.
How can I update my bank details?
To update your bank details, go to the "Account" tab, and under "How we'll pay you", click "Edit bank details".
